S.Q.S.S. Certification Body is an associated company that its aim is to build and maintain the reputation and credibility to stakeholders through certification services delivered by ensuring independency impartiality.
Our impartiality principles:
• FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE
S.Q.S.S. has financial independence and ensures that no customer can be in a position of influencing the company decisions related to the Certification services.
• AGAINST CUSTOMER
We provide customer with a value added services in the market.
Confidentiality is provided to all certified customers and no information to other customer competitor in the market is transferred.
• STAFF AND AUDITORS
Our certification process does not assign auditors whom performed consulting services to the client and any relationship.
• IMPARTIALITY TO CERTIFICATION SERVICES
Our impartiality remains to certifications services.
• CONSULTANTS AND CONSULTANTS COMPENSATION
We can give information for consultants and it is under customers’ discretion to choose one of them and we do not recognize any economical fees to consultants.
S.Q.S.S. has appointed impartiality committee to handle our principles and for safeguarding our member’s involvement with a balance between customers’ representatives and external parties. Our impartiality members even if they have not conducted their two years term as it is arranged, can be substituted in order to keep this balance.
